Umidisha is an online service marketplace designed to help customers discover and connect with professionals and service providers.

Umidisha may provide tools and features that allow customers and professionals to discover services, create profiles, communicate, manage requests and use other marketplace functionality.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Umidisha acts as a marketplace and technology platform connecting users with service providers. The actual service may be provided by an independent professional or service provider.

By accessing or using Umidisha, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies published on the platform.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Umidisha website, application or related services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Umidisha after an update means that you accept the revised terms.

Customers may be required to create an account or provide information necessary to use certain features of Umidisha.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account and should take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials and account access.

Professionals and service providers may create profiles to present their skills, experience, services and other relevant information to potential customers.

Professionals are responsible for ensuring that information provided in their profiles is accurate, current and not misleading.

Professionals are also responsible for having any licenses, qualifications, registrations, permissions or other requirements applicable to the services they provide.

Service descriptions, prices, availability and other information may be provided by professionals or generated from information supplied to the platform.

Customers should review relevant service information and communicate with the professional when clarification is required before proceeding with a service.

Umidisha does not automatically guarantee the quality, suitability, availability or outcome of every service offered by an independent service provider.

A booking or service request made through Umidisha may be subject to confirmation, availability and other conditions communicated through the platform.

Customers and professionals should provide accurate information relating to the requested service, location, timing and other relevant details.

Bookings may be cancelled, modified or affected by circumstances such as availability, customer requests, professional availability or other applicable platform rules.

For bookings accepted on or after October 20, 2026, Umidisha may charge the professional a commission of 5% to 8% of the service amount for a completed booking. The exact rate for the service will be shown to the professional before they accept the booking.

This is the only commission Umidisha deducts from the professional's service amount; we do not deduct a separate platform or booking fee from the professional. Earlier accepted bookings keep the rate shown when they were accepted. The customer sees the total price before confirming a booking.

Users may provide information such as profile details, service descriptions, images, reviews, messages and other content.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit is lawful, accurate and does not infringe the rights of another person or organization.

Umidisha may take reasonable action regarding content that violates applicable laws, these terms or platform policies.

Where reviews or ratings are available, users should provide honest and relevant feedback based on their actual experience.

Reviews must not contain false claims, harassment, threats, impersonation, spam or unlawful content.

Umidisha may remove or restrict reviews or ratings that violate applicable policies or these terms.

Users must not use Umidisha for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activities.

• Impersonating another person, business or organization.
• Providing intentionally false or misleading information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Using the platform to distribute malicious software or harmful material.
• Abusing communication, booking, review or marketplace features.
• Violating applicable laws or the rights of other users.

Umidisha may offer verification or trust-related features for professionals and service providers.

Verification status should not automatically be interpreted as a guarantee of a professional's services, performance or future conduct.

Umidisha may request information or documents when verification is required for particular features or marketplace participation.

Umidisha may use third-party providers for services such as payments, authentication, hosting, analytics, communication, mapping or other technology functions.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies and technical requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, Umidisha and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, logos, software, design, content and other materials provided by Umidisha.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Umidisha's protected materials without appropriate authorization.

We aim to keep Umidisha available and reliable, but the platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, network issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Features may be changed, improved, suspended or discontinued as the platform develops.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Umidisha provides the marketplace and its technology features without guaranteeing that every service, professional or interaction will meet a particular customer expectation.

Users should exercise reasonable judgment when selecting and working with service providers and should independently verify information where appropriate.

Umidisha may restrict, suspend or terminate access to accounts or platform features where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain platform security, enforce these terms or comply with applicable law.

Users may also stop using the platform and may contact Umidisha regarding account-related requests.

Use of personal information is also governed by Umidisha's Privacy Policy.
